65 room hotel in downtown Scottsdale, Arizona.  Two floors, built in 1965 and renovated in 2004.    

Proposed senior housing project in the mid-town area of Phoenix.  Design included three 21-story condominium towers each consisting 552 units, 126 flat units, and a 1,118 space underground parking structure. 

Located in the Warehouse District of downtown Phoenix, THE MIRAGE at Central and Buchanan was a twin-tower project design with a podium parking structure wrapped with retail and residential units.

Located in the Warehouse District of downtown Phoenix, the residential/mixed-use Aspen project offered a mix of studios, lofts, and flats.  The site was designed to include 387 residential units, 4 retail units

and 497 parking spaces.

Located adjacent to the Chase Ballpark in the Warehouse District of downtown Phoenix, St Thomas is single-tower project featuring a podium parking structure. The site design included 200 residential units, 5,400 square feet of retail space and 277 parking spaces.

18 hole golf course with a pro shop and RV Park on 121 acres in the city of Casa Grande, Arizona.  The property was re-zoned to 324 single family lots with trails throughout the development.
